A Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, he received his BA from the University of California, at Santa Barbara in 1975. He moved in 1984, from the San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego. He and his wife Jeanie, live in El Cajon, with their two cats, Bandit and Callie. With over 20 years experience in automotive sales representing Ford, he has served his customers, with their interests in mind, both during, and after they purchase their vehicles. John is Ford "Master Certified” in both Sales and Finance providing a broad field of expertise in both product, and finance and leasing options. He has been assisting both retail and fleet customers with their lease or purchase; whether for one vehicle or dozens at a time. John enjoys ensuring customers needs are not only met, but if at all possible, exceeded. "My customers return because are treated with respect and courtesy, knowing that I appreciate the value of their time and interest." As a Commercial/Fleet Manager; John appreciates customers' needs and wants, providing both accurate, and useful, assistance in a straight forward and timely manner. Purchasing a vehicle should not have to be an adversarial process. The completely satisfied customer is the brick and mortar which is the foundation for success over time, and the repeat and referral business he receives is the proof of the success of that philosophy.
