Price Protection Guarantee

If you can purchase a new Ford for less then North County Ford, at its option, will pay you the difference or buy your car back.

The Price Protection Guarantee is valid for the earlier of two (2) days from the date of purchase or five hundred (500) miles. The vehicle must be returned to North County Ford for odometer verification along with a written advertisement or signed agreement/offer to sell from a California Ford Dealer. The advertisement or agreement to sell must include the vehicle identification number and must pertain to an identical vehicle which is available for immediate delivery from dealer stock. For example, if the vehicle is purchased at any time day or night on Wednesday the 1st, the vehicle must be returned to North County Ford by close of business on Friday the 3rd with no less than 500 additional miles from the mileage at time of delivery. By further example, if the vehicle is delivered with 17 miles on the odometer, the vehicle must be returned prior to accumulating 517 miles even if prior to the expiration of the two days. The vehicle must be returned in the EXACT physical condition as at the time of delivery. Vehicles with dents, dings, scratches or stains not present at time of delivery will not qualify for this offer. Customer has the responsibility of making the sales department aware of existing damage prior to accepting delivery of vehicle. This guarantee applies to vehicles purchased for personal use only. This guarantee does not apply to commercial vehicles, vehicles used for business purposes or highline vehicles such as the GT or GT Mustang. This guarantee does not apply to leased vehicles.
